Why Online Coaching?
Though training in person can be beneficial for some people, the results will still be the same as long as we stick to the basics. Simple movements performed correctly while adhering to a guideline on eating habits will garner the same results in person or not.
It’s a “nice to have” to work with someone in person. However, given the schedules and demands that we have on a day to day basis, it’s more effective to have flexibility on your locations and most importantly, your time.
Every professional at one point in their life wanted to get good or better and hired a coach to help them there. If you want to hit your goals when it comes to nutrition & fitness, then we can work together to streamline that process and get you results.

Are We a Good Fit?
I typically work with:
- Males, aged 30 to 50 who are entrepreneurs and executives, sitting at a desk for long periods of time
- Novice to intermediate lifters
- Men who are struggling to get their health habits in check
How We’ll Work Together
We start off with a 30-minute consultation, this is free. Here I’ll get a feel for what you’re looking to accomplish, and you can decide if you want to work with me :). Once we both agree on what success looks like, I’ll provide pricing.
If you don’t like the pricing, simply decline – no hard feelings. If you would like to start coaching, then provide payment via Venmo or Paypal.
At the start of coaching, we’ll assess your measurements (shoulders, waist), take down your weight, and get a snapshot of how strong you are with the core lifts (deadlift, squat, press, pull up). We’ll also break down your target macros are on daily/weekly basis.
I’ll provide a training program and start setting up ways you can be successful from a nutrition and healthy habit standpoint based on your day to day. We’ll set up weekly 45-minute phone calls with email summaries of our sessions. You’ll have access to me via email 24/7 with an expected response time of 24 hours.
